Hanssen

The teacher is very good — thank you, teacher.

Mia

Thank you, teacher, for your patient guidance. Even though we didn't get far in the courseware, Mia had such fun and talked with you a lot — that's wonderful! I'll add more courseware preview and review after class, and hope Mia can have normal conversations with you soon.

Hanssen

Thank you, teacher! Well prepared and great at using special effects — it works really well.

Clock

Thank you, teacher, for your companionship and guidance. Looking forward to seeing you next class.

Tina

Dear Otto, you always know how to interact with Tina. When she was upset, you used fun, interactive pictures to make her happy. Push forward and push behind~ she even learned these new words and phrases. In the end Tina could follow your instructions. We are so happy to have you as her teacher. You are the best.

ella

The teacher is very patient, the class is lively, and you patiently guide my child to speak in sentences. My child's performance wasn't great, but you kept smiling the whole time.

Jayden

Sadly we've used up all our classes and can't take yours anymore. Thank you for your dedicated companionship, teacher!

Elsa

The teacher is so passionate! Could you open a new slot, like 16:30?

Anna

The teacher is very lively and great at livening up the atmosphere. My child is just starting this class and doesn't speak up much yet, but after class said they really love your class. I believe with your guidance my child will get there.

Sammy

Sammy always looks forward to having your class, because you always make it interesting. ^_^ Especially this lesson — when Sammy saw his tiny photos moving on the screen, he was so excited. Thank you for everything you did for Sammy.

Fidy

Thank you so much for your reply, teacher. Starting in February we'll add a cartoon class to try it, and you can see how to guide her reading and speaking in class.

Teaching based on Tina's interests keeps Tina engaged.

Simmy

Thank you, teacher. Because of a time conflict, we couldn't keep your regular class!

Fidy

Got your recommendation — we'll go watch it. P.S. Fidy is a girl 👧 hahaha

Jayden

The teacher is so passionate.

Tina

Always uses encouragement and positive ways to praise Tina.

Daniel

Thank you, teacher.

Ryan Extended

Dear Otto, your class is very, very good. You give Ryan more knowledge and you're a really good teacher — he likes you very, very much. Only the network speed isn't very good for communicating; sometimes you can't catch Ryan's words the first time. If you could improve that, it would be even better. Hope you can come to China one day and develop your career.

Elsa

A very good teacher.

Tina

Thanks Otto. So nice to see you again.

Sammy

Wow, we are so happy you shared news about your journey. Sammy is so excited to have your class again.

Fidy

After class today my child told me that if there are any of your classes, I should book them. Sadly I only booked two — she truly super loves you, and feels no pressure in your class. She has this really casual personality, a bit happy-go-lucky, and I just talked with her about speaking in a normal tone. I asked if she had anything to say to you, and she said to wish you Happy New Year. Hahaha — I told her Spring Festival is our Chinese holiday.

Hanssen

The teacher is very good — thank you, teacher. Hanssen really likes you; we had such a happy chat in the very first class.

Clock

My child really likes this teacher.

Tina

Nice to see the pictures of you and your daughters. You have a lovely family.

Jonathan

Thank you for teaching Jonathan!

Claire

Dear Otto, so happy to see you again. My child is busy with school, so during winter break when we saw classes at a suitable time, we had her keep learning with you. I shared you with another parents' group, so your remaining slots filled up fast. Such a good teacher's schedule should be fully booked 😘

elsa

Thank you, teacher.

Fidy

Thank you, teacher. My child refused classes, so we had stopped for nearly two months. Today we talked her into giving it a try, and it turns out she really likes you — and of course I super like you too. You're so patient, and the courseware was so rich and well prepared. Special thanks for not forcing her to repeat after you. At first our focus is keeping her interested; just listening is great too. Speaking will come slowly, slowly, no rush. As long as she agrees to take classes happily, I'm totally content.

Jayden

good

Zach

We hope your family is safe. I learned Cebu had a big storm after reading your message. I thought you weren't teaching us because Zach didn't always focus in class. Zach is so glad to have your class again. He doesn't want to take other teachers' classes — he's been waiting for yours. You are very patient in listening to him talk about topics not related to the class, and you can guide him and expand his vocabulary. Zach likes your class very much. Thank you.

keith

We've finally waited for the teacher to come back!

Elsa

Very good.

Tina

always good. Conscientious, responsible, interactive.

Henry

Being able to stick with the whole class is progress.

Sammy

Dear teacher, I don't know how to express my gratitude. Sammy always learns twice as much in your class, because you always give him a detailed explanation of the words he doesn't understand. This comes from your deep focus in class and your enthusiasm for students. Sammy sometimes doesn't understand the meaning of these words, so he doesn't react very quickly and may even seem a little slow, but he likes your class very much. Thank you for your concern for his health. I wish you all the best.

Rain

The teacher chooses extensions based on my child's personality — I heard my child's happy laughter throughout the class. Thank you for your thoughtful preparation and extensions.

Nancy

The teacher is very good. Because of other arrangements we need to change our time — we'll book your class again when we can.

Wendy

Thank you for the encouragement, teacher.

Sammy

In your class, Sammy always learns more. ^_^ Thanks for your great help. I will help him revise. And I am very grateful you care about his health. Best wishes to you.

Nancy

Thank you, teacher.

Wendy

Thank you for the encouragement, teacher.

Selic

Thank you for your hard work, warm and enthusiastic teacher.

Sammy

You are the best teacher we have met. Thanks for your passion and patience. I appreciate the extra time you spent with Sammy to finish this amazing class. Best wishes to you. See you next time.

Emma

The teacher's extensions are great and very responsible — you try every way to capture the little one's attention. Emma loves My Little Pony and Elsa.

Tina

We love your class and have recommended you to my friends. You are a super teacher at BetaKid. In class Tina is a little disruptive and not that focused, so I set a goal for Tina to finish at least 10–15 pages of PPT. Hope you don't mind. If you think this gets in the way of your teaching plan, just go ahead with your plan. I don't mind, because we trust you, Otto. Take care, Otto.

Nancy

Thank you, teacher!

Wendy

Thank you, teacher.

Today Sammy had just been scolded by his dad right before class, so he was a bit glum. Thank you for your warmth in pulling him back into class. And you noticed his sweater has Transformers on it 😄

Wendy

Thank you for the encouragement, teacher.

Nicole

A very good teacher — patient, enthusiastic, lots of extensions. Best suited to kids with some foundation or older kids.

Devin

Devin really loves your classes.

The teacher is very good — really great at lifting my child's mood and making the class livelier. Our child's vocabulary is a bit small, so needs the teacher's help to follow along.

Tina

Tina is getting better and better. Thx Otto.

Dora

Thank you, teacher!

Daniel

The lesson is nice and I will continue it.

Jayden

thanks, teacher

Coco

The teacher is excellent with lots of extensions — and you write the extensions on the screen, which is great 👍

Tina

Otto, thank you for your honest and insightful feedback about Tina. I always see the bad side of her behavior and sometimes feel anxious and worried about Tina. You've given me confidence about my girl. Thank you for teaching her.

Kevin

Jonathan

Thank you, teacher.

Claire

Thank you, teacher!

Sammy

Dear teacher, I appreciate your help. You took a lot of time to help Sammy understand the words 'more', 'tag' and 'few' — very useful and helpful. ^_^ Last lesson you talked about the Chinese hero Sun Wukong, and this lesson you talked about Transformers and Lego. Wow, so cool. Sammy is excited in your class, and I am very happy he is your student. Thank you again.

Claire

Thank you, teacher, for the conscientious, patient explanations!

Daniel

The lesson is very good. The teacher is nice. I will keep it.

Coco

Thank you for your hard work. He took this class on his own, and in the replay I saw he kept showing you things from home. Thank you for doing so many extensions while he was showing them. Thank you 🙏

Tina

Teacher Otto always connects learning words to practice and makes the class fun. Good to keep Tina moving while learning.

Jason

Thank you, teacher — we'll review carefully.

Coco

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback.

Kevin

The teacher is very good.

Ryan Extended

Super conscientious feedback, and the extensions are excellent.

Jonathan

Jonathan likes you teaching him. Don't worry about only covering 6 pages in the first or second class. He likes to expand more on related topics and answer his curious questions. Thank you!

Wendy

Looking forward to seeing you next time.

Nicole

A very lively teacher with a great class atmosphere and lots of free talk — my child loves it.

Tina

super teacher. Tina likes the class.

Nancy

Thank you, teacher.

Zach

Otto S, thanks for your patience! Zach ate one mooncake every day during the Mid-Autumn Festival — mooncakes are so yummy. Zach can't always keep his attention in class and often plays with his toys, which worries me, so I'll be there to remind him. Because of your special way of teaching, Zach often focuses in class for a while. Anyway, Zach really enjoys your class — thank you!

Tina

Messages from Tina: Thank you, Teacher Otto. I want to play everything with you — soccer, watch TV. Teacher, I like you very much.

Wendy

Thank you so much — my child really likes you. Looking forward to next time.

Jonathan

This time we had two classes back to back — the first ran almost 30 minutes, then straight into the second, which also ran 30 minutes. Thank you for your hard work, teacher.

Kevin

My kid is always sleepy, but the teacher is patient.

Sammy

So happy to have met you — thank you for the passion and patience you put into class. You used language and pictures my child is interested in, so he learned so much this class. He was still savoring your discussion about Sun Wukong after class. Thank you — you're the best teacher!

Jonathan

We learn so much from the teacher every time.

Wendy

Thank you, teacher.

Nicole

Nicole really loves your classes because you're willing to listen to her ideas and you get her jokes. We'd love to book more of your classes, but the available times are all too early — she has kindergarten. I keep checking your schedule, hoping a 7:30–8:30 p.m. slot opens up.

Wendy

My child really likes the teacher. Looking forward to next time.

Matthew Lin

Thank you, teacher — thank you for the explanations that helped him understand more of the text. Starting next week his class time needs to change, so we've cancelled the regular class for now. We hope to have Teacher Otto's class again later.

Henry

Yesterday my child hadn't eaten dinner before class and wasn't in good form, but the teacher was very patient and guided carefully.

Claire

Thank you, teacher!

Tina

We had a lot of fun today, even though it's hard for Tina to focus at 9 p.m. Thank you for sharing — your girl Ayah is beautiful. See you next time.

Jonathan

Jonathan likes you teaching him; he said you taught him a lot of new knowledge. Don't worry about the number of courseware pages — we like free talk about the subject. Don't worry about interrupting him; teach him according to your ideas. Thank you!

Anan

Anan is a girl, and it should be the last lesson of this unit. But thank you for all you have done in class. See you later~

Lin

Today is Teachers' Day — thank you for your teaching, and Happy Teachers' Day!

Wendy

Looking forward to seeing you next time.

Nicole

Thank you, teacher — my child really likes you. At first they weren't very interested, but quickly got drawn in by you. We hope you'll be patient and extend more fun topics beyond the textbook — don't worry about the courseware pace; the main goal is boosting my child's interest in English.

Nancy

My child is always so happy after every class.

Jonathan

Our favorite teacher, with the most conscientious feedback — we review all the words and sentences you give after class. Thank you, teacher.

Wendy

Felt great — looking forward to seeing you next time!

Wendy

Thank you, teacher — my child was so happy we could book you!

Wendy

Thank you, teacher — my child really likes you. Looking forward to seeing you next time!

Tina

Dear Otto, thank you so much for trying so hard to engage Tina in learning yesterday. I appreciate it. I have to work until 5:40 p.m. and can't supervise Tina until 6 p.m. Yesterday Tina was alone; she is young and can't control herself very well, and I'm sorry for her misbehavior yesterday. I hope she can grow and learn more self-control. We really enjoy your class and are committed to learning with you. We will continue to learn with you. If you have more free time from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., Monday to Friday, please let me know.

Wendy

Thank you, teacher — my child really likes you. Looking forward to seeing you next time!

Aurora

A really great teacher — unfortunately we have a sports class on Wednesdays and have had to give up the slot.

Nancy

Even though we started a bit late because of the network, the teacher still taught the full time — a really good teacher. My child can understand your class but can't express much yet, and you still did your best to guide. Thank you.

Mario❤

An open-slot class we booked — my child really loves your class, though it's hard to book. We hope to get it again next time. Thank you, teacher.

Tiger

The teacher is very conscientious — types sentences on the screen to help review and explains every word for my child. Next class we'd like the pace a little faster, with more guidance to say complete sentences. Thank you, teacher.

Nancy

My child really likes Teacher Otto — class is so fun, you even taught synonyms, and my child used the word! Thank you, teacher — we'll keep learning with you.

Sunny

Thank you, teacher.

Kevin

Thank you for the feedback, teacher. We'll practice a lot after class to truly understand and use it.

Kane

Very good — the teacher extends accordingly based on the content.

Aurora

The teacher is so cute — just that the camera is so bright your face is a bit shiny, hahaha.

Tom

Attentive Teacher Otto — worried Tom couldn't keep up with sentences, you wrote them in the courseware, making review easy and helping Tom understand.

Jerry Yang

Great, great, great!
